We are pleased to announce that our office is currently preparing three Emerging Technology Fund applicants to present to our local board in September.  Currently, there are two life science companies and one in advanced manufacturing that are in the vetting for funding from the $200 million State-run fund that invests in emerging technology in Texas.  This is the first time we have had this many applicants apply through our region in one round, and we are excited to follow on with more, both in this and future funding rounds.
